Alright, sorry for the brief hiatus. This weeks topic is Fun Dip vs Pixie Sticks. Pixie Sticks are way better than Fun Dip. There are several reasons why, but I am going to focus on a couple. The first one and most important one is the stick that you use with Fun Dip tastes horrible. Its basically like picking up a piece of chalk and eating it. There is not one quality of that stick that I like or anyone would like.
Secondly, Fun Dip requires two hands to use and takes isn't easy to eat. A Pixie Stick is 1 straw, suck it down and then you're done took all of 10 seconds. With the size of the Pixie Stick you're able to control the amount of sugar intake you get, cause they are smaller. With Fun Dip you open the entire package and when you run out of the chalk stick and still have sugar leftover, you basically have a pixie stick. Also in an economy that we're in now-a-days a Pixie Stick is more economical. You can get 3 different flavors for way cheaper than 1 Fun Dip. I see no downside to a Pixie Sticks, its cheaper, better, and faster. Fun Dip, straight up is horrible.

a giant pixie stick can be made into a giant straw for drinking a 5 gallon bucket full of margarita.
ReplyDeleteHave to say your incorrect here friend. As the vote clearly shows. The paper form of pixie sticks is incredibly inferior. "How bout I get 1g of pixie goodness and then have the straw implode due to paper combining with saliva?" Not everyone can take a full pixie down the hatch. For those that do... congrats you get .5 seconds of candy.
ReplyDeleteGotta agree with Doug fun dip is way better. Also you get multiple fund dip flavors in the same packet which is pretty awesome. (http://mike.files.wordpress.com/2007/01/2112.jpg) Also there are different types of fun dip, sour, color changing. Thus I'm gonna go with the fun dip
ReplyDeletePixie sticks are just a waist of time. Rip off the tip and start going at it... then some spec of moisture touches it and its all messed up. They come in a small tube or a gigantor tube. The small ones are fine but you have to take down 5-10 of them. While the big one is good for one thing (ie Jimmy's comment) it fails on many levels of quantity, portability, and sheer usability.

ReplyDeleteif youre not done with your fun dip, just fold it over and put it in your pocket for later. not true if you wanna wait for your pixie stix to dry out so you can try and get the rest out later, try and walk around with some of those bad boys in your pants and youre in for a pocketful of sugar and paper scraps.

yeah sorry spangle, you're definitely wrong on this one. fun dip is way better. more flavors and more awesomeness.
